Really, her is what you should do.  That you Win95 stuff, and burn it.
Then go out and get NT. I mean it.  NT needs 12 megs of RAM (8 if you
kill the 16-bit emulation), and is still MUCH FASTER than EITHER Win95 or
plain Windoze!  Mark Thompson was right -- it's so much better, it
shouldn't even be called Windoze.  All it needs now is an AmigaDOS
front-end... :)

BTW, you can DL a copy of the Win95 front-end from the Microsoft WWW site
(the don't call it Alpha -- they call it "Technology Preview").  I've
heard people complain that Win95 is SLOWER than Windoze.  two of my
friends have WinNT running on 16-megs, and it is flawless.  No matter how
much RAM you have, GET IT!  We even had a copy of Server running (WinNT
Server version, which needs 16-megs) on a 16-meg machine, and it was
perfectly fine.

You MIGHT be able to get it for $90 if you're sneaky -- those WinNT 3.51
upgrade boxes include a FULL VERSION of WinNT.  All you have to do is
convince them you own WinNT 3.5...

Here's one more thing.  Windoze and Win95 have RamDoubler.  After a bit
of reasearch, I found out how RAMDoubler works.  Macs and Windoze do
Cooperative multi-tasking -- essentially, one program runs while the
others eat up RAM and do nothing (with exceptions like anti-virus
programs and modem dowloading).  RAMDoubler takes those idle programs and
either compresses them in RAM and/or copies them to the hard drive until
you call them up again.  It just means you can have as many programs open
as you want.  Point is, the don't make this for WinNT or UNIX or the
Amiga.  Reason:  They do TRUE PRE-EMPTIVE MULTI-TASKING!  You can't just
store a program with RAMDoubler while the program is actually DOING
something!  That means that WinNT is a REAL OS!

If that's not enough, go to a dealer, find the worst machine they have,
and get them to install NT on it.  You can also install both DOS, Win95
and WinNT at the same time, and select between them on startup, so you
have full compatability.

Sorry to sound like an ad, but WinNT is the ONLY thing (short of shear
speed) that could EVER make using an IBM even REMOTELY possible for me
(that and the AmigaDOS Replacement Project :) )
